The Bid Assistance Program applies to non-profit organizations, which includes Federal, State, and Local Governments, hospitals, school systems, churches, universities, etc. When an authorized Dealer discounts an eligible unit to a non-profit organization, Briggs & Stratton will contribute a portion of the cost to the dealer.
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR PROGRAM
- Copy of dealer invoice to customer.
- Unit must be warranty registered on dealer portal.
- A purchase order/letter of agreement to purchase from the non-profit entity or an IRS letter of advance ruling or letter of determination or a certificate of tax exemption.
- Non-profit bid assistance is eligible for reimbursement to the selling dealer only if the sale is in the county or adjoining counties of the selling dealer (unless otherwise agreed upon in advance in writing from the VP of sales).
- All Parts and Accessories are excluded from the Bid Assistance Program.

EQUINE CLUB PROGRAM
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Equine Club Program applies to equine clubs and business properties that are established in the equine industry. When an authorized Dealer discounts a walk-behind or ride-on power unit to an applicable customer, Briggs & Stratton will contribute a portion of the cost to the dealer.
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR PROGRAM
- Eligible for reimbursement to the selling dealer only if the sale is in the county or adjoining counties of the selling dealer (unless otherwise agreed upon in advance in writing from the VP of Sales).
- A purchase order from any equine affiliated business entity (stables, training, clinic, other upon approval).
- Individual Equine Club members may purchase equipment under this program as long as they can verify that they have been a member for at least 12 months prior to date of purchase.
- Copy of dealer invoice to buyer.
- Unit must be warranty-registered on dealer portal.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other program or promotion (including the A Cut Above military and first responder promotion).
Husqvarna Commercial Fleet Program
The Husqvarna Commercial Fleet Program is designed to provide commercial customers a volume discount on major purchases of new equipment and accessories. This program is only available to companies or agencies who are involved in the commercial landscaping or arborist business on a full-time basis or use the equipment as a means of producing income.
HOW IT WORKS
Commercial customers purchase qualifying products, each with an assigned point value, that can save them up to 25%. The more points, the more savings. They can also earn extended discounts beyond the initial purchase on qualified products for up to 2 years.
- Three qualifying discount brackets for commercial customers:
- 6+ Points = 15% Discount
- 10+ Points = 20% Discount (extended discount term, 24 months)
- 14+ Points = 20% HH Discount/25% Wheeled Discount (extended discount term, 24 months)

During the warranty period, Husqvarna will at its option repair or replace, at no charge, any product or part purchased after the 1st of January 2023 that has a defect in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance (including any commercial, professional, agricultural, institutional or income-producing use). 5-year extended warranty
Product registration must be completed by the dealer or the consumer for any extended warranty. During the product registration process, a copy of the receipt must be attached to the registration either online or via mail-in. How does the program work?
Effective November 1, 2019, consumers who purchase 2-stroke gasoline powered Husqvarna branded handheld products, including: chainsaws, blowers, hedge trimmers, pole saws and trimmers, for non-income producing personal use or household purposes, excluding commercial, agricultural, retail, industrial and rental usage types, can extend their product warranty from the standard 2 years to either a 3 year or 5 year limited consumer warranty.
To extend the warranty by 3 years to a total of 5 years:
The consumer will need to take only two steps: First, the consumer must purchase at least 96 fluid oz of Husqvarna brand pre-mixed fuel at the same time as the qualifying handheld product purchase and both purchases must be on the original product invoice/receipt. Second, the consumer must register their product online.*
To extend the warranty by 1 year to a total of 3 years:
The consumer will need to take only two steps: First, the consumer must purchase at least 6 bottles of Husqvarna brand 2-stroke oil regardless of size and/or type at the same time as the qualifying handheld product purchase and both purchases must be on the original product invoice/receipt. Second, the consumer must register their product online.*
For multiple units purchased:
Each qualifying handheld product purchased must have an accompanying amount of 2-stroke oil or pre-mixed fuel added to the original receipt in order to qualify. For example, if a consumer purchases a 455 rancher chainsaw and a 125B handheld blower and would like to have them both qualify for a 5 year limited warranty, they will need to purchase at least 192 fluid oz of pre-mixed fuel (96 fluid oz for the chainsaw and 96 fluid oz for the handheld blower).

If you're not satisfied with your qualifying professional chainsaw within seven days of purchase, you can return the saw to the original Husqvarna selling dealer for a full refund or store credit towards the purchase of a new Husqvarna product from that dealer.

Program Details
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase of a qualifying professional saw, simply return it to the Husqvarna dealer where you bought it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.*
- Qualifying products must be returned within seven (7) days of the original purchase. Items returned after seven days are not eligible for refund or exchange under the program.
- The Seven Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to Husqvarna professional chainsaws. Other items such as accessories, repair parts, etc. are not eligible.
- Products which have been damaged due to improper use, abuse, neglect, or failure to operate and maintain the unit in accordance with the instruction manual do not qualify for refund or exchange under the program.
- Products that have been stolen, damaged due to abuse or neglect, or damaged by fire, water, wind or other acts of nature do not qualify for refund or exchange under the program.
- Products purchased on the Internet do not qualify for this program.
- If a qualifying product is returned during the Crown Commitment™ period and it has defective damages that exceed 75% cost to repair the unit, the unit is not eligible for the Crown Commitment™ program.
- Customers are responsible for following the instructions in the Operators Manual and following the guidelines in the Husqvarna Warranty Statement. Failure to follow these instructions may void the offer.
